Liebe Künstler*innen und Beteiligte des FAVORITEN Festivals,
es ist geschafft! Das FAVORITEN Festival ist beim Abschlussfest am Sonntag auf dem Fußballplatz zu Ende gegangen und wir möchten uns herzlich bei Euch bedanken für Eure kraftvollen Arbeiten, Eure inspirierenden Auseinandersetzungen und all die schönen gemeinsamen Gespräche im Festival und davor. Ihr und Eure Arbeiten haben die zehn Tage des Festivals zu einem spannenden Kunst- und Denkraum gemacht, der Diskurse und Gefühle angestoßen hat und dafür möchten wir ganz herzlich Danke sagen! Wir schätzen uns glücklich, dass Ihr und Eure Gedanken Teil des Festivals waren!
Das Festival und auch der Abbau sind nun geschafft und große Teile des Teams werden nun bis Anfang Oktober eine kleine Verschnaufpause einlegen, um ein bisschen Schlaf und Energie zu tanken. Danach werden wir uns in die Nachbereitung des Festivals begeben – hierfür sind wir natürlich sehr interessiert an Euren Meinungen, Anmerkungen, Vorschlägen. Schickt uns das sehr gern zu. Außerdem werden wir Euch nach dem Urlaub auch die Fotos von den Aufführungen zukommen lassen. Zudem werden wir im Oktober noch einen kleinen Trailer zum Festivalrückblick veröffentlichen – stay tuned!

Für alle, die im Festival noch nicht die Gelegenheit dazu hatten, möchten wir nochmal unsere Podcastreihe (UN)LEARNING THEATRE AND CRSIS, wie auch auf das Videointerview-Projekt GLOSSAR DES (VER)LERNENS OST-WEST hinweisen. Beide Formate sind weiterhin auf unserer Website verfügbar – schaut gern mal rein.

Dear artists and those involved in the FAVORITEN Festival,
it is done!
The FAVORITEN Festival came to an end with the closing party on Sunday on the football field and we would like to thank you very much for your powerful work, your inspiring discussions and all the wonderful conversations we had together at the festival and beforehand. You and your work made the ten days of the festival an exciting art and thought space that stimulated discourse and we would like to say a big thank you for that! We consider ourselves lucky that you and your thoughts were part of the festival!
The festival and the aftermath of all our set-up have now been completed and large parts of the team will now take a break until the beginning of October to get some sleep and recharge their batteries. We will then begin the follow-up to the festival - of course we are very interested in your opinions, comments and suggestions. Feel free to send it to us. We will also send you photos of the performances after your vacation. We will also release a small trailer for the festival review in October – stay tuned!
